About the Founder
Marc Eichorn, Principal
Growing up in a prestigious brokerage family office, Marc started his real estate career as a successful broker. Leveraging his keen eye for value and negotiation skills, Marc shifted into the development and investment space, acquiring and managing a portfolio of multifamily properties and retail plazas. In addition, he developed a number of successful condominium and townhome projects across Southern Ontario. Today, Marc acts as the Principal of Sparrow Park Properties, playing an integral role in all aspects of the acquisition, development and optimization processes of a growing property portfolio.
